Equinoxe Infinity will be released on November 16

With EQUINOXE INFINITY, a new album EQUINOXE is released on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the original. In 1978, Jean-Michel Jarre composed and produced an album which reflected the music of our future and thus revolutionized the history of electronic music. As a supporting element on EQUINOXE, these were the Watchers, who were seen on the cover of the original album in infinite numbers. Who are these observers? Are you looking at us? Are you a friend or an enemy? In 1978, in the emerging era of technology and innovation, these observers were a symbol of the machines that watched us, an early vision of what the future would bring us.

Jean-Michel Jarre pursues this idea at EQUINOXE INFINITY. The new work will be published with two covers. One version embodies a future in which man will live in harmony with nature. The other version shows the destruction that machines and humans could wreak across the planet. For the famous innovator and pioneer Jarre, the subject of artificial intelligence and man versus machine is the most important and explosive subject for the future of humanity. For his thoughts, Jarre was honored in 2017 with the Standing Hawkins Medal of Science. EQUINOX INFINITY is the soundtrack of this two-sided vision of the future.

Cover cannot be selected when ordering. The selection is made at the request of the random artist.
