Organizes from August 15, 2020 - 00:15 am to September 2020, 00 - XNUMX:XNUMX am, a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled: “RADIOPHONIE COMPETITION” (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), in accordance with the terms described in these regulations.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING
This free game is open to any natural person, over the age of 13, with internet access and a valid email address, with the exception of staff of the organizing association and their families, as well as than all people who participated in the development of the game.

The game is subject to the regulations of the French law applicable to games and contests.

Any minor participant must nevertheless obtain the prior authorization of one of his two parents or his legal guardian to participate in the Game.

The organizing association may ask any minor participant to justify this authorization and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot justify this authorization.
The organizing association may ask any minor winner to justify the said authorization relating to his participation in the Game. The organizing association reserves the right to draw another winner as soon as an initial winner, if he is a minor. , is not able to provide sufficient proof of said authorization.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This game takes place exclusively on the radioequinoxe.com website on the dates indicated in article 1. Participation in the game is made by completing the participation form on the site. To validate the participation, a code of which the four digits will be announced on the radio "Radio Equinoxe" must be provided by the participant. Members of the association up to date will be able to access the four digits of the code in the part of the radioequinoxe.com site reserved for members.

Only one entry per person is allowed - same last name, same first name, same email address or Facebook ID - during the entire game period.

ARTICLE 4 - SELECTION OF WINNERS
1 (one) winner will be drawn within 3 (three) days of the end of the game.

The winner will be contacted within 3 (three) days of the draw, confirming the nature of the prize won and the terms and conditions for benefiting from it. Any winner not giving an answer within 7 (seven) days of sending notice of his win will be deemed to forfeit it and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.

The drawing of lots will determine 1 winner among the participants who sent the participation form
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE
The game is endowed with the following prize (s), allocated chronologically to the valid participant (s) drawn at random and declared winner (s). Each winner wins only one prize.

The organizing association reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before handing over his prize. The organizing association cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In the event of force majeure, the organizing association reserves the right to replace the prize won by a prize of equivalent nature and value.
ARTICLE 6 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF THE ENTRY
Participants authorize the verification of their identity. Failure to comply with these regulations as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its terms, will result in the outright elimination of the participation of its author.

ARTICLE 7 - FILING OF THE RULES
The participants in this game accept the entire present. It can be obtained on request at the address of the organizing association, specified in article 1, throughout the duration of the game.
ARTICLE 8 - REIMBURSEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES
The reimbursement of the postage costs relating to the payment request (slow rate stamp in force), can be obtained on simple joint written request to the address of the organizing association by attaching a RIB (or RIP or RICE). The reimbursement of internet connection fees to participate in the game, up to a maximum limit of 3 minutes and excluding mobile participation, can be obtained on simple written request to the address of the organizing association, clearly specifying the following information: last name, first name , full postal address, date and time of participation. The reimbursement request must be accompanied by a RIB, RIP or RICE and a copy of the invoice from the participant's internet service provider showing: on the one hand the exact nature of the service provider's service Internet and its billing method (unlimited, flat-rate, etc.) and, on the other hand, the date and time of connection corresponding to participation in the game clearly underlined or highlighted by the participant. Being observed that in the current state of the service offers and the technique, some Internet access providers offer a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that all access to the site is carried out on a free basis. or flat-rate (such as connection by cable, ADSL or leased line) will not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the Internet user for his use of the Internet in general and that the fact that the participant connects to the site and participate in the game does not cause him any additional costs or disbursements. The cost of photocopying any supporting documents to be provided will be reimbursed on the basis of 0,15 euros including tax per sheet.
